PURCHASE INFORMATION:
Many games and programs are only created for one platform i.e Pocket PC, Windows, Mac etc. You are usually required to purchase each version individually. We have included a Pocket PC AND a Windows version of each program for the price of one! With this benefit, you are only allowed to run a program on one Pocket PC and one Desktop.

Registration requires a unique device code. All DEMO programs will create a special file. The resulting InfoCE.inf or InfoPC.inf files will need to be sent back to ClimbWalls. After receiving these files, your full version will then be sent to you within 24 hours (36 if through Sunday).

UPGRADES:
You are entitled to free updates up to the next full version ie. 1.00 to 1.99. v2.00 will require a discounted upgrade fee, if you wish to upgrade.

RETURNS and REFUNDS POLICY:
Please be aware that a lot of time is put into our DEMOs. Please use this to evaluate the programs BEFORE buying them, as no refunds or returns are allowed. As most retail stores will not allow a return of software after it has been opened, once sent to you, it is yours. Thank you for your understanding!
